This is where the Jackson Hole ice cream sandwich phenomenon began – with our Vanilla sandwiches. The foundation of our ice cream sandwiches is the cookie. Teeny tiny chocolate chips and a unique combination of spices are blended into the dough, giving these hand-made treats their signature flavor. Once cooled from the oven, our rich Vanilla ice cream is hand scooped and sandwiched in between two of the bite-sized cookies.
