Building from the success of our popular ice cream sandwiches, the thought occurred to us, “Why not put the cookies on the inside too?” Our “Cookies” and Cream ice cream takes the signature chocolate chip cookie from our ice cream sandwiches, crumbles it up and folds it into our delicate sweet cream ice cream. But these are no normal chocolate chip cookies. Our cookies get a special hug in the baking process from a unique blend of spices. There’s something just a little bit different with this one.
