At Old Stonehouse, our condiments are made with organic ingredients, when available. Ground mustard, mustard seeds, garlic, lemon juice, sea salt and whey. Packed in half pint jars.
Whey fermenting, or lacto-fermentation, has many benefits beyond simple preservation. The proliferation of lactobacilli in fermented vegetables enhances their digestibility and increases vitamin levels. Good for the gut!
