Hard Red Spring is a more modern hybrid that is closer to what is found more in commercial markets, with higher protein and higher gluten. This makes for wonderfully tall loaves of bread. Our stone grinding helps keep the nutritional values intact. We offer our Red Spring in whole grain, bolted (bran removed) or sifted all purpose. Sold by the pound.
