This goats milk has an absolutely splendid flavor and texture.
It is often said that it tastes like drinking melted ice cream. It truly is THAT good.
The herd is fed good quality grass/alfalfa mix hay, mineral, black oil sunflower seeds, a nutritional block and a 3 way grain molasses mix for extra nutrition. They also graze during the day out on pasture.

I’m not lactose intolerant but I do choose to drink raw goats milk. It is so much healthier for you. Also I am working on making kefir and that is even better for you. The taste honestly tastes like regular cows milk. When it is warmed up it does have a slightly different taste. I highly recommend it. It is hard to find raw goats milk so I do appreciate Eat Wyoming for providing a service like this.
