Please order a couple of days prior to when your delivery will be to ensure you get the freshest goat milk possible. It is best when drank within 3-4 days but it will vary and can also still have good flavor for up to a couple of weeks. Raw milk, with only a few exceptions, truly goes “bad” but the flavor can and often will change with time, feed, stage of lactation, etc. This milk can be used to make cheese, yogurt, etc or can be enjoyed by your animals/pets. I recommend storing your goat milk just above freezing for optimum taste.
