Our black and blue sausage is peppery and bold, heavily accented with pungent blue cheese. Perfect for dinner parties or to simply step up your sausage game. Like all of our products, it’s crafted from local and regional beef and pork. Includes 4 links for a total 16oz package. Product will keep in the fridge for up to 60 days, and in the freezer for up to 6 months. To serve, heat up on grill, in oven or boil in water. Sausages are fully cooked.

Bovine & Swine’s diverse sausage lineup is certified all natural and gluten free (with the exception of the Beer Brat).
