Starting with radishes, carrots, jalapeno peppers, English cucumber, cilantro, ginger, and garlic seasoned with granulated sugar, sea salt, and whey. A fiery combination that brings the heat. Whey fermenting, or lacto-fermentation, has many benefits beyond simple preservation. The proliferation of lactobacilli in fermented vegetables enhances their digestibility and increases vitamin levels. Good for the gut!
