Our andouille sausage is spicy with a sweet finish, and a hint of smoke. Like all of our products, it’s crafted from local and regional beef and pork. Includes 4 links for a total 16oz package. Great alone or served in pastas, jambalaya and kabobs. Product will keep in the fridge for up to 60 days, and in the freezer for up to 6 months. To serve, heat up on grill, in oven or boil in water. Sausages are fully cooked.
