The Lamb Guys are sheep and cattle ranchers located in east-central Wyoming. Frank Moore and Brad Boner custom harvest their lambs rather than letting them get overfat at the expense of quality. After processing, the lamb is frozen and packaged in 1/2 lamb boxes. Selling frozen lamb and offering it directly to the consumer has long been a vision for the Lamb Guys. They saw the COVID shutdown as the catalyst to move beyond the vision to actual marketing. The response has been incredible, and their vision is becoming a reality.
