Enjoy lean, healthy yak steak on the grill. Yak has high protein content and low saturated fat, plus healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Barely any marbling, yet tender. Sold frozen by the pound at $9/lb.  $20 payment is a deposit against the weight-based cost of your order (will be arranged by PWY). Available cuts include tenderloin, t-bone, ribeye, New York strip, sirloin, flank steak, skirt steak, round steak, cube steak, rump roast, chuck roast, brisket, ground, stew meat, short ribs, soup bones, heart, tongue, liver, kidney and oxtail.
