At Old Stonehouse, our condiments are made with organic ingredients, when available. Tomato paste, garlic, maple syrup, fish sauce, sea salt, and whey. Packed in half-pint jars.

Whey fermenting, or Lacto-fermentation has many benefits beyond simple preservation.  The proliferation of lactobacilli in fermented vegetables enhances their digestibility and increases vitamin levels. Good for the gut!
