Inspired by her little sister Elizabeth’s lemonade recipe, my 14-year-old daughter Emma started experimenting with rhubarb to create her own refreshing drink. At that age, Emma was already selling fresh-cut rhubarb to earn money for a car, as she would be driving soon. After some trial and error, she perfected the recipe, and we now proudly offer Emma’s Rhubarb Lemonade.
