Elizabeth, my daughter at age 11, had the clever idea of making and selling lemonade. What kid doesn’t want a lemonade stand? Naturally, she wanted to add strawberries (her favorite fruit), to give it a tasty twist. Her goal was to learn the entire process of creating and selling a product, all while earning a bit of extra spending money in the process. And hence, we now have the creation of Elizabeth’s Strawberry Lemonade!
