Desiree: Light red skin and pale yellow flesh. Fairly firm to meaty after cooking. Very thin skin. Buttery flavor. Use for boiling, roasting, and frying.
Golden Globe: Yellow skin and yellow flesh, waxy type potato. Fairly firm texture after cooking. Makes outstanding mashed potatoes, good for roasting, and holds its shape in soups.
Grown without pesticides.

Nice assortment of all sizes, which I like. If I want to bake them, I pick out the larger ones; if I want to roast them, I use the smaller ones.
