C23 Coffee – Colombia

Description

This familiar coffee reflects notes of mellow clove flavors with tart citric acidity and mild sweetness.  While commonly requested for espresso, it is very enjoyable as a drip coffee in any variety of roast.

Know your roast:

• Dark roast coffee typically has a bold, heavy body, deep flavor.  It is low acidity and has less caffeine than lighter roasted coffee
• Medium roast coffee has a smooth well rounded flavor with slight sweetness.  It has a lower acidity level than a light roast, and has a moderate amount of caffeine
• Light roast coffee has a crisp, mellow body and bright flavors.  It offers unique to the farm flavors.  Light roast coffee has the highest acidity and the largest amount of caffeine
