This delicious coffee is naturally processed with flavors that include mellow cooked fruit and almonds. It has a tart citric acidity and mild sweetness. Grown in the farms of Santa Ines this coffee is known for it’s high quality, winning first place in Cup of Excellence Brazil, with a world-record score of 95.85 in 2005.
Know your roast:
- Dark roast coffee typically has a bold, heavy body, deep flavor. It is low acidity and has less caffeine than lighter roasted coffee
- Medium roast coffee has a smooth well rounded flavor with slight sweetness. It has a lower acidity level than a light roast, and has a moderate amount of caffeine
- Light roast coffee has a crisp, mellow body and bright flavors. It offers unique to the farm flavors. Light roast coffee has the highest acidity and the largest amount of caffeine
