It is tradition to eat like a king on Shrove (Fat) Tuesday and in preparation for the fasting of the Lenten season. Luxurious brioche dough filled with rich spiced pecan and cream cheese filling. Decorated with royal icing and Mardi Gras colored sugar. Made with WY flour, eggs, butter, milk, and love.
